Transition Planning

Going to kindergarten is a big step for most children - and for their families.  Franklin County Success by Six has produced a twelve minute video to help families prepare for this major event.  The video, 'Off to School: A Parent's Guide to Kindergarten,' is available at each public library and elementary school in Franklin County.  Families are welcome to borrow the video free of charge.

All elementary schools in Franklin County sponsor activities to welcome children and families to kindergarten.  Call your local elementary school to
